Description:

• Womens plus size peplum style costume top is made from a stretchy black and purple pinstripe fabric.
  
• The waist of the top is padded with foam for a structured look and has three function buttons.
  
• Attach at each side of the waist is some fabric that ties around the back of the top to cinch in the waist.
  
• Top has long sleeves that have white foam-backed cuffs with a button on each.
